Siloscan laser radar system
This system is very compact and easy to operate and gives large advantages over fix point level control systems. This is a wobbling mirror scanner which is the easiest and most reliable way to scan a laser beam and it scans along a circle on the material on the bottom of the silo. Here we collect a lot of level value which are processed to an average value of the surface of the material. This is then sent by RS 232 out put at an optional current loop 4-20 mA.
System is fully automatic and can do the measurements by clock or an on signal to the PLC.

This is very simple and straight to the target which gives few problems and long and maintenance free operation

Laseroptronix is happy to offer the Siloscann system for an accurate and reliable control of level in silos and of bulk material in piles. This is a slow scan laserradar measuring the profile along a circular line in the silo. This compensates in a good way for the topography inside the silo as solids always are far from flat surfaces. The scanned angle is mechanically adjusted by hand when installed so the scanned circle is placed on the best position on the material.
