Features of Laseroptronix high speed laser radar systems

* Up to 50 000 3D points / sec can be measured and stored

Laseroptronix is very happy to introduce the high speed scanner using a high speed phase measuring distance meter and a scanner unit. This very high out put rate system is suitable for measuring moving objects dynamically with high accuracy.
The mirror scanner on the photos on the top of the page is one function module for a scanner. We have other scanner modules based on wobbling mirror method , wedge prism scanners, x and y independent axis scanners and theodelite style scanners. What we use depends on the application and demands.
We have done several shape installations with these technology with success and have good references when needed.
This system is always delivered optimized for each customer and all systems are unique but still based on standard function modules.

Short range laser radar / ladar systems

This 3D image is done by a scanning Ladar with max range of over 100 m and a depth resolution of about 20 cm. . 3 D data were filtered and processed to have a clean and good image. Distance is related to color of the surface. This 3D image can also be super imposed on a photo from a camera to have a more detailed information. This image can be done with this high speed laser scanner.

This image is done by a navigation Ladar system from a mobile robot system. This type of information say more than a standard photo as we have the depth information which is very essential when navigating from a remote position. Ladar images is the best way to enhace what the operated shall decide and act against.
This is also an image which can be made with the high speed laser radars system.
Short range laser scaner image of violin
This is a pure 3D measurment done by a scanning 3D triangulation distance meter. Here distance resolution is about 0,10 mm and max ragne about 250 mm.
Speed is 50 000 Hz and the system scans with 50 scans per sec.

Robot navigation and control
This technology gives the robot a 3D eye which can be used to automatically control the robot by its own smart computer. The 3D data can be transmitted to a remote placed operator who can make a far better control when he have a 3D view of what the robot do and its surrounding areas.
