 The laser cameras are a very good system for 3D measurement and terrain model making. The combination of a very high speed and high resolution makes this system far faster than anything else. No moving parts makes it fast and reliable.

Over one million 3D coordinated per sec can be measured . The limit is that it do not like too much ambient light.
