The blue points giving a line in this scale represents each pylon. Each pylon have an attribute table where anything can be types or stored like position, images , comments microphone talk from the inspector etc.

In this job some of the pylons was compared by a RTK / GPS measurement from the ground and the proven accuracy was in the 1-2 meter area.

This is needed if a data base shall be generated and be correct.

All measurements can be added to any map or even a satellite or aerial camera photo. This helps operator a lot as it is very clear what has been done.

These maps can be moved to service staffs own systems . You can have them in a portable PC or a PDA system for best flexibility.
