ILM 1000 HS is a very high speed laser distance meter specially designed for airborne scanners and lasr radar systems. The system use a pulsed diode laser with very low maintenance and operating costs.

Optics is a specially designed Schmidt Cassegrain mirror telescope with a coaxial laser installation . This makes system very compact and gives excellent characteristics.

Then laser diode system is a 3 bar high power laser capable of 15 000 pulses per sec and each pulse is only 6 nanosec in width and the peak power is 74 W. Collimation optics is a 8 element special optics giving a very round beam

The reciever have a special electronics capable of measuring up to 7 reflexes per laser shot.

The electronic controller is a very advanced system which can link GPS and pulse counters synchronized to the pulse frequency of 15000 meaurmentens per second. This is transmitted to a storage PC by a special serial parallell cable direct to the computer bus.
