| Proj 2001 tunnel projector
This system is designed to operate in the hard environment in mines and other under ground sites. Lamp projectors of ordinary style have proved to be useless and dangerous in mining and therefore this system differs in many ways to really work at the tunnel face and not only in the office. Proj 2001 and its earlier versions have been used for almost 30 years in mines and are designed by mining people knowing the demands for reliable operation. All customers are satisfied and we have a really heavy reference list of installations. |
Time is money and rocks are heavy.
All tunneling jobs are expensive and all time that can be saved is of high value. When it is time to attack the rock face with the drill there have to be a drilling pattern on the rock to be able to know where to drill. The Proj 2001 saves a lot of time to get the pattern there fast and correct. What happen if you blast too much rock away ? Imagine if you have 10 % to much area which is easily done and how heavy this is to carry up. Correct drilling patterns gives better shape of tunnel and less to much rocks to carry. |

Scale on tripod mount
The projector can be mounted on a scale which is used for easy handling and fast set up. It do also give the chance for using the projector for surveying and alignment applications. With a line generating dia negative in the projector we can make vertical and horizontal planes .This scale makes it possible to align and deflect these patterns in a controlled way. |
