| Mines have a large need to know where staff is just now. If there is an accident like a coal mine explosion the position of staff is highly needed in the rescue operation. Protectomatic system can tell where all persons are just now with an update speed of a few seconds. The information is available at surface over a LAN network.
The network of Protectomatic can also handle camera and video signals and other industrial sensors. This makes the system efficient and flexible. An option we can offer is a low speed communication system which can transmit signals thorough several hundred meters of rock and earth. This is not a fast system but it needs no cables to the surface. This can be used by staff down in the mine to tell where they are if there is an accident. |
